DELIVERY

Standard delivery within the UK                1 – 4 items £3.95

                                                                      5 +    items £6.50

We aim to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.  We do not despatch goods over the weekend or Bank Holidays.

Delivery to the UK only, except BFPO (for orders sent to a BFPO address delivery times may vary).

NON DELIVERY

All items not received must be notified to us within 14 days.

RETURNS

              Items returned because they are:

1.              Sent incorrectly

1. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, as long as it is in its original packaging and unopened, we will (within reason) refund your cost of returning the item (up to a value of £6.50).

2.        Returned for cancellation or exchange

              If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused in their unopened, original packaging within 28 days.

              Postage and packing delivery charges are non refundable.

RETURNS ADDRESS below (also in the left hand corner of your invoice). Include a copy of your invoice if possible, your telephone number and a note explaining what the problem is.

Please note you are responsible for any returned items, until they are received by us.  For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us (unless the return is due to our error).

We will only accept returns if sent back within 28 days.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased in the “On Sale” section.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
